Impactful Leadership Training

In November 2024, Calvary Transformation Ministries in Burundi hosted an impactful Leadership Training program aimed at preparing leaders to serve with excellence and uphold good character, conduct, and conversations. This event was a significant milestone in the journey of strengthening and developing strategies for community growth.

The training sessions were meticulously designed to equip leaders with the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate certain complexities. Participants engaged in various activities. The focus was not only on knowledge but also on practical applications, ensuring that leaders could implement what they learned in real-world scenarios.

The leaders were deeply engrossed in their learning, leaning in to gain wisdom and understanding. This is a testament to the dedication and commitment of the participants, reflecting their eagerness to grow and improve.

The training also included separate discussion groups for women and men leaders. These groups provided a platform for participants to formulate plans and increase their understanding. The discussions were rich with insights and ideas, fostering a collaborative environment where leaders could learn from each other's experiences and perspectives.

We are immensely grateful for the trainers who traveled from near and afar to invest in the leaders of Burundi. Their expertise and dedication were instrumental in making the training a success. The trainers brought a wealth of knowledge and experience, which they generously shared with the participants. Their efforts have left a lasting impact on the leaders, inspiring them to strive for excellence in their roles.
