In Burundi, where over 80% of the population lives on less than $1.90 a day, the need is urgent—but so is the hope. Pastor Enock, our trusted partner, has been faithfully serving vulnerable communities through a ministry model that blends gospel truth with practical transformation.
In January, Lifeline Children’s Services’ (un)adopted team joined Enock’s senior leadership for a series of trainings in Burundi. The Biblical Business Training Curriculum, developed in partnership with the University of Alabama, was shared with 45 trainers who will now multiply the impact across their communities. The hunger for more training is already evident.
Yesterday we finished two days of training for self-finance and business development. No doubt, our lives will never remain the same!
Bucky Rogers, Lifeline’s Regional Coordinator, taught and preached during the trip, reinforcing the spiritual foundation of this work. The message was clear: sustainability begins with discipleship, dignity, and shared vision.
Thank you, Lifeline Children's Services family. Thank you, Pastor Rogers. Thank you, everyone who prayed and supported financially. God bless you all.
We promise you that the solidarity groups will never remain the same. When a leader changes (grows and strengthens), the community is changed, too.
